- For delivery within the United Kingdom, we offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery Postage. Delivery will usually take between 5 to 10 working days (slightly less working days if you're ordering 'Frame Only' glasses). Please be reassured that if there is an unavoidable delay, we will keep you informed by email. An exception is for our Police Glasses, some of which will take about 15 working days to deliver.
- For delivery to destinations in Western Europe, we offer free Royal Mail International Signed For™ Secure Air Mail Delivery. Delivery will normally take up to 12 working days from the day you place your order (slightly less working days if you order 'Frame Only' glasses). Please be reassured that if there is an unavoidable delay, we will keep you informed by email. An exception is for our Police Glasses, some of which may take more than 15 working days to deliver.
- For delivery to countries outside of Western Europe, we offer free Royal Mail International Signed For™ Secure Air Mail Delivery. Delivery will normally be within 15 working days, but it does depend on the speed of the particular country's postal service. If you're ordering 'Frame Only' glasses, delivery should take slightly less than 15 working days. We'll send you an email to confirm that we've posted your glasses to you, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you have not received your glasses within 2 weeks from the date of this email, please get in touch with us through our 'Contact Us' page. An exception is for our Police Glasses, some of which will take upwards of 15 working days to deliver.
You may prefer to have your glasses delivered to a work address rather than a home address as the glasses will require a signature as proof that they have been received.
Our Returns Policy
Money Back or Exchange Guarantee
We're very confident that you'll be happy with the glasses we send to you. We thoroughly check both the frames and the lenses for any problems before we post to you. However, if you do decide to return your glasses to us, please note the following:
- The glasses must be returned in their original condition, including the case and cloth (in secure packaging to ensure the glasses won't be damaged during delivery). We recommend you use a secure delivery service as we cannot be responsible if the glasses don't arrive to us. Please post to our address found on our 'Contact Us' page.
- We will only refund the cost of the frame. We won't be able to refund any additional cost of lenses that you purchased from us. For our lenses that we offer for free, we will deduct £12 from your refund (for 'Frame Only' glasses, there will be no deduction).
- We'll refund your return postage costs if the reason you're returning the glasses is due to a fault by internetspecs.co.uk.
